Challenge
Recognise Bank were looking for an IT Provider to take their existing IT estate, rationalise it and give them a platform to grow. Other providers were looking to charge high upfront costs for migration and setup. At the time they were starting to grow quickly as they were undergoing banking license application. They knew that in a fast growing organisation within a regulated market, they needed to find a provider that could scale with them, wouldn’t increase red-tape and complication and was easy to work with.
Solution
Initially we moved them away from the support arrangement with their current provider and took ownership of their Microsoft 365 licensing. As their business has grown and the regulatory needs have become greater we have extended the additional security and compliance services available from Microsoft 365. Alongside this we have built a full resilient internal network and internet connection to ensure that productivity is maintained always. We have also installed meeting room facilities with MS Teams Rooms.
Impact
We grew the client from sub 25 users to approaching 100 within 2 years. We assisted in new office relocation and setup as well as seamless working from home during Covid. As expansion is expected to continue, we will continue to support the addition of new offices around the UK.
