This triumph prompted the company to separate from its parent company, secure new offices at Clayton House in Manchester, and undergo a successful rebranding as Qure Group. Today, Qure Group offers expertise in Dispute Resolution, Complaint Resolution, Claims Assistance, Debt Recovery, Expert Determination, Repair & Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Remote Assistance.

Challenge
After rebranding to Qure Group and separating from their parent company, this seasoned aftercare company found the support from their current IT services provider didn't fully meet the requirements of the evolving business. Qure Group sought a managed service provider willing to listen, analyse, and implement a comprehensive IT environment that would align with their operational needs, including obtaining ISO 27001 and Cyber Essential Certification.
Solution
OneMSP provided Qure Group with comprehensive IT managed services, encompassing onboarding, IT strategy, consultancy, support, and procurement. The primary objective was to assess their existing environment and devices, aiding Qure Group in separating from their parent company and transitioning from their previous IT service provider. This process involved migrating the company to its Microsoft 365 tenancy and environment, ensuring the setup of each device without any lingering legacy profiles on any device or across their infrastructure.
After establishing the devices and a new Microsoft 365 Business Premium environment, OneMSP facilitated Qure's onboarding into the Microsoft Endpoint Management system. They introduced Qure Group to the full spectrum of features and benefits provided by Microsoft 365. Previously, Qure utilised 365 without access to all its features, hindering automation and collaboration, as their processes were inherited by their former parent company. Now, with the new 365 product suite and OneMSP's expert guidance, Qure Group can develop their own processes independently. As part of the onboarding, OneMSP supported Qure Group in their application for Cyber Essentials.
With their network, devices and security established, OneMSP guided Qure Group through their rebranding phase addressing website, domains, redirects, email mailboxes, and signatures, down to home screen and sign-in screens on their devices.
Consultancy
OneMSP also offered expert IT consultancy supporting Qure Group with ISO 27001 and had expert IT architects on standby for collaboration with Qure’s auditors. Our consultancy provided insights into the technical controls that had been setup within their IT environment and assisted mapping out SharePoint permissions.
Recently, OneMSP aided Qure in achieving Cyber Essentials by conducting a gap analysis, creating a project plan, and guiding the Qure team to certification within a few months.
For ongoing ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials compliance, OneMSP conducts regular automated phishing simulations and provides security awareness training to the Qure Group team.
Communications
Beyond IT support and business-as-usual services, OneMSP is actively involved in an IT consultancy project in partnership with Gamma, delivering a Teams solution integrated into the Microsoft 365 dynamics environment for Qure Group. As part of this, OneMSP migrated Qure from an old VoIP solution to a new unified communications system through Microsoft Teams for all employees.
Impact
ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials compliance is a prerequisite for Qure Group, especially with major PLC banks like Barclays Bank among their clients, necessitating robust cyber and data security measures. As a new business, the setup needed to be swift and efficient. With OneMSP's IT managed services, we essentially functioned as Qure's IT department. Swiftly identifying requirements, making timely recommendations, and implementing solutions at speed, we ensured Qure Group could concentrate on their core business.
