Challenge
Standby RSG were looking for a provider that could help them utilise cloud services. They had old server infrastructure running internally and RSG was in need of a hardware refresh throughout. Their current setup was largely unmanaged by their old provider but they were still concerned about changing IT support provider and unclear about what disruption it may cause.
Solution
We started the project with a migration of data from the file server in to Sharepoint and OneDrive. From there we refreshed user devices, implemented a cloud-based phone system, mobile device management and managed the setup of a Dynamics 365 Sales implementation. Standby RSG have since been acquired by a Swedish company and we are currently managing the integration of systems with the Swedish side of the business.
Impact
We streamlined the client’s process management to improve performance and profitability. We are also now managing system integrations for the Swedish company that has since acquired Standby RSG.
